The crown chakra is our point of connection with the cosmos and the highest point in a series of energy centers throughout the human body called the chakra system. The chakra system was first identified in the texts of the Vedas, teaching that energy exists within us and all around us. Through this energy, we are all connected. We live in the universe’s energy and the energy of the universe lives within us.
